Parcels will be sent with Royal Mail and delivered by your local postman. For larger orders (between 2.5kg and 20kg), we will use a courier, which may require a signature upon delivery.

Your products are packaged in the most secure yet minimal way possible to reduce waste and help meet our carbon neutral target date of 2025.

Most orders will arrive in one of our beautiful shiny envelopes or recycled cardboard box.
